“The Service Man who came to my home is extremely pleasant and helpful. He does a great job. I’m sorry I forgot his name. Although it would be great to see Dan – it’s been a long time! The only issue that I have is that almost every time that I have an appointment, I get a no-show and no-call. I understand that there are emergencies, and I am fine with that, but it would be nice to receive a telephone call letting me know that first. Normally, I end up being the one to call after waiting for an hour. Other than that, I have no complaints and love Dan’s as my go to!!”
